返金ポリシー

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in accordance with the following:

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Some items are non-returnable nor fundable. Please see Exceptions / non-returnable items section below.
  • We do not offer exchanges. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of The Most Satisfying E-Gift Card.
  • Evaluation Returns processing can take up to 14 business days after your item(s) are received by The Most Satisfying.
  • Cost of return label will be de-ducted from the total amount of item paid unless product is marked as damaged defective or incorrect item received.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email support@themostsatisfying.com for assistance.)
  • Return packages must include a completed return request form and original packing slip to ensure processing. 
  • Return drop-offs are not accepted.
  • Additional notes: Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, The Most Satisfying will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a The Most Satisfying E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards are valid for 1 year and are redeemable right away!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for swimwear, undergarments, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a The Most Satisfying E-Gift Card.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via The Most Satisfying E-Gift Card unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@themostsatisfying.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
